B925 – Mix-proof double seat

BBZP- Single seat valve

BBZS1 – By-pass valve
Designed for various sectors the By-Pass by Bardiani Valvole uses a large part of the components from the BBZP. Its compactness and versatility enable it to cover a myriad of applications. BBZS1 valve is used as a pressure relief valve and by-pass; it meets the requirements of various industries. A spring maintains a load on the valve plug; different pressures can be set by using different type of springs and a threaded loader gives at the spring different strengths.

BBZS5 – By-pass valve
The BBZS5 valve has the same working principle of the BBZS1 valve. The possibility to supplying air in the cylinder under the spring allows the seat cleaning during the CIP operation.

YPA – Aseptic with metallic bellows
Designed along the same lines and using many component parts of the single seat valve, the YPA by Bardiani Valvole is equipped with a bellow in stainless steel provides a perfect separation between the product and the external atmosphere. Excellent cleaning results are achieved by our elevated cleanliness design which enables the removal of internal residuals within the body.

BZAW Double Seat Valve
Double seal valve designed to guarantee reliable separation between two fluids. The design of the shaft allows a physical separation space between the two seals. Any possible leaks flow out through the two auxiliary valves located in the separation chamber thus preventing the two fluids from coming into contact.

Hand control version: Reliable and extremely flexible, the VVF manual valve uses all the parts from the ZVF valve apart from the pneumatic components.

ZVS / VVS ball valve
An excellent product for uses requiring a total passage. The ZVS-VVS by Bardiani Valvole is made in both manual and pneumatic models. This valve provides an ideal solution to highly viscous liquids or in high-pressure applications.

BBTRD - Sight Glass

Giotto TOP control system
Giotto top’s control system has been designed to assure the remote control functions of Bardiani Valvole. Every control unit is able to operate every function connected with the workings of the valve.: in fact both the positioning signal (proximity and microswitch) and the solenoid valve are housed inside the Giotto Top enabling a high level of protection IP67 against dust and the water infiltration ensuring a perfect working order of the various components even in the most extreme conditions. The control unit range consists of two products: 
- Giotto Top®: developed for the control of double seated valves and for large dimension valves.
- J-Giotto top®: developed to be of minimum dimensions and for the control of single seated, butterfly valves and ball valves. All the control units can be modulated to exact demands needed. Whenever needed they can be updated in the installation with new components without needing to be completely changed.

Atex series
Valves designed and produced in accordance with Directive No. 94/9/EC “Devices and protection systems used in potentially explosive atmospheres”. Bardiani’s ATEX valves guarantee an high level of protection in all types of environments where a risk of explosion exists.
